Cameron Diaz recently announced she was entering the wine business and co-founding her own ‘clean’ white and rosé that are organic, vegan and free of additives.

The actress, 48, has since been showing her 7.4 million fans on Instagram the best dishes to pair the drinks with.

This weekend she took her social media followers step-by-step through the recipe to make her favourite autumnal salad.

Speaking to the camera from her kitchen, she revealed that it was inspired by one she used to order at The Wolseley restaurant in London.

Those wishing to follow her lead will need to stock up on a wide range of ingredients, some more unusual than others – including pickled egg and champagne vinegar.

The video has been viewed more than a million times, with over 2,000 people leaving messages for the star, who is best known for appearing in films including There’s Something About Mary, Gangs Of New York and The Mask.

One person wrote: “Yummmmmm – get in my belly!”

Another commented: “I love watching you recipes! You’re the best!”

A third shared: “Looks delicious! I'm going to try making this.”

And a fourth added: “Yep! Cooking and wine!”

It comes after Diaz launched wine brand Avaline in July with her close friend, entrepreneur Katherine Power.

In a press release, she said: “I enjoyed wine for many-a-year and never questioned it. Not once.

“I actually figured it was the most responsible alcohol choice because it was made with fermented grapes.

"But I had no idea of the process. One of the first conversations Katherine and I had about making a cleaner wine was, ‘What are we going to add to it?’

“We soon learned it wasn't what you added, it's what you didn't add.”

Shortly after the grand unveiling, Diaz – who shares nine-month-old daughter Raddix with musician husband Benji Madden – did the viral #winechallenge in her first ever TikTok.

If you’re a fan of wine, a company is looking for someone to taste test their new drinks for £200 a pop.

Wine subscription service Wine List – who deliver wine to people’s doorsteps – hopes that you’ll help them decide what to include in their future ranges.

The role will see you receive a box filled with wine up to four times a year, and all you need to do is enjoy it and complete a short review on each bottle.

Explaining on their website how they need a new recruit for their “wine tasting panel”, the brand revealed that “at the moment, the three full time Wine List staff all help choose the wines that we will send out”.
