With McDonald's Veggie Dippers and Gregg's Vegan Steak Bake launching today, it's fair to say Veganuary is officially up and running. Now, as delicious as these new vegan offerings might sound, they don't seem too suitable for breakfast, right? Well, that's where Caffé Nero comes in. The high-street coffee brand is the latest to jump on the vegan bandwagon by offering plant-based croissants along with an entire Veganuary menu.

The new ‘Veganero’ menu will launch on 8 January and is set to feature brand new products including vegan croissants and even vegan sausage rolls.

What's on the menu?

The menu will include vegan raspberry croissants to-go, a ‘meatball’ panini with a rich tomato ragu, vegan cheese, mayo and spinach with stonebaked sourdough bread, er YUM. And not to mention vegan sausage rolls, flatbreads, soups, salads and even vegan porridge. Quite the range if I do say so myself.

Will Stratton-Morris, CEO at Caffe Nero UK, said: "We're committed to offering our customers more choice and the deliciously good food they deserve, whether that is an indulgent treat that hits the sweet spot or a hearty lunch.

"This menu is not only perfect for those following a vegan diet or purposely trying to reduce their meat intake, in fact, the products are such high quality that you wouldn't know they were vegan."

Caffé Nero Veganero Menu:
