Burberry has today announced the launch of its first collection of face masks, which will not only help you to elevate your face-mask game, but will also go towards helping a great cause.
The collection – which is available to shop online from today – features two different colourways of the heritage Burberry check, one in beige and another in pale blue. The cotton masks are reusable and sustainably produced with revalued fabric. They also provide Particle Filtration Efficiency (PFE) and are enhanced with antimicrobial technology.
Not only will the masks help to keep you and others safe, but sales will also go towards helping communities currently in need. A portion of the sale of each mask will go to the Burberry Foundation COVID-19 Community Fund, which continues to provide PPE, as well as assistance to food banks and healthcare charities globally.
The organisation was set up in April of this year in the midst of the pandemic. The fashion house has also made donations to vaccine research and food bank charities, as well as manufacturing 160,000 pieces of PPE in its Yorkshire factory.
If you want to buy your very own Burberry face mask, visit the brand's website, where the masks will be available to shop later today.
