From 28 May 2022 zoogoers can once again explore the outdoor garden and surround themselves with butterflies native to North America until 5 September. Butterflies! is home to a variety of butterfly species, including painted ladies, monarchs, zebra longwings, and swallowtails. Newly introduced several species of moths will be sharing the habitat. Meanwhile, plant species in the garden are also labelled to give guests an idea of what they can plant in their own backyards to attract their own winged wonders.
