Britney Spears and Sam Asghari are engaged
Britney Spears has revealed her engagement to Sam Asghari. Congratulations are in order for the singer, who is currently attempting to end her conservatorship, and dancer fiancé, who revealed they were engaged on Instagram.
Britney shared a video of her finger in a huge engagement ring on Instagram, with the caption, 'I can’t f***ing believe it 💍💍💍💍💍💍❣️!!!!!!'
Fans were quick to congratulate Sam and Britney, and flooded the comments with well-wishes. Paris Hilton wrote: 'Congratulations love!! 😍 So happy for you! Welcome to the club! 👰🏼💍.'
Britney and Sam met back in 2016 on the set of her music video for 'Slumber Party', and often post about one another on social media.
Fans went wild over the weekend when Sam, seemingly posted and deleted a photo of an engagement ring. In the now-deleted post, a silver band with a rather hefty looking diamond could be seen with the word "Lioness" engraved on the inside - though he later insisted the post was "Photoshop" and he was "hacked."
We're guessing he didn't want to let the cat out of the bag too early!
