Britney Spears is freeing the nipple in her new Instagram photos, and hit back at any claims they were Photoshopped.

Yesterday it was revealed the 39-year-old singer is free of the conservatorship arrangement that's been in place with her father since 2008. To celebrate feeling "on cloud nine", the star headed to "paradise" on holiday with fiancé Sam Asghari.

While there, Britney shared videos from the beautiful hotel and gorgeous beaches, as well as a series of naked and bikini selfies.

And before any Photoshop accusations started rolling in (as seems to be the case with every celebrity Instagram shot), Britney used her caption to shut down any doubters.

She wrote "Playing in the Pacific never hurt anybody 😉💋🙊 !!!! Pssss no photo edits… the tub curves 😂😂😬😬 !!! [sic]"

The comments were actually filled with people sharing their happiness for Britney, with Paris Hilton writing, "Love seeing you so happy and free! 🥰🔥 You deserve it! 💯 Love you B😍"

Someone else added, "Britney used her first day of non-Jamie conservatorship to post nudes and I’m inspired" and "Liberate yourself queen go Britney."

On 30 September, Britney Spears' father, Jamie Spears, was immediately suspended from his role as Britney's financial conservator by Judge Brenda Penny. It's a gigantic step forward towards ending the restrictive conservatorship that the singer has been tied into for thirteen years.

A new, temporary financial conservator, John Zabel, has taken over the reigns until likely 12 November, which is when Britney's legal team are expected to petition the court to end the conservatorship in its entirety - meaning Britney could finally be free, once and for all.
