The brilliant Traitors fan theory that proves two players 'won't take a risk'
One fan has shared a brilliant theory about The Traitors. With the final episode set to air on Friday evening, November 24, one viewer believed that the players "won't take the risk" in taking sides between Francesca and Charlotte as the two could battle it out following the "cliffhanger of cliffhangers" in the penultimate episode.
Instead, the fan believed the duo, who have been firm friends during the series, will be booted out before fellow Faithfuls Leanne and Jake will join forces and ultimately win. On X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan named Rayan #TheTaitors posted their theory and said: "I'm calling it now: the other players won't want to take a risk in a 'she said she said' situation, so they'll vote out both Francesca and Charlotte. Leanne and Jake will then still be suspicious of Alexander and vote him out. This ends with Leanne and Jake winning".
The theory comes after a tense 11th episode, which saw Francesca win the powerful position of the 'seer'. This now means that she would be able to select a fellow player and find out their true identity, whether they were a Faithful or Traitor. Rather surprisingly, Francesca selected Charlotte, who has been a Traitor since the seventh episode.

The business director from London has been faking her Welsh accent since the first episode, but has seen the banishment of both her fellow Traitors, Minah and Freddie, since becoming a Traitor herself. The 11th episode ended with a cliffhanger however, with both Francesca and Charlotte sitting down for their face-to-face meeting. Viewers will have to find out what happened in that conversation, and more importantly, who will win the show in the final episode on Friday. But many fans have been sharing their theory on what could happen. In response to Rayan's post on X, one fan said: "If Leanne does that to Alexander I’ll be furious".
While another fan said: "I don't know. Why would Frankie suddenly turn on Charlotte for no reason when she'd been saying earlier in the day that she was confident she was faithful. I think the combination of Frankie saying Charlotte's a traitor and Freddie's vote for her will mean Frankie is believed."
Another fan had this to say: "I think Frankie reveals at Breakfast. Everyone votes Charlotte out. Then heat goes onto Alexander and gets kicked out too. Shame because he’s the last deserved winner standing".
But some fans did not like the show's twist at all, with many sympathising with fan-favourite Alexander who has been questioned about his faithfulness. One fan said: "This exactly what will happen and I'll be absolutely fuming. Hated the twist. The faithfuls were so bad throughout the whole season and then they just get the win served to them in a silver platter. And they won't even share it with my poor Alexander!"
The final episode of the third series of The Traitors will be aired at 8.30pm on BBC One on Friday evening, January 24, and also on BBC iPlayer.
