Brie Larson's Abs are Getting Tons Of 🔥 And 💪 Emojis From Fans

Brie Larson is on a serious roll on her Instagram lately. She's been posting all the sculpted bod photos, and it's truly impressive. She’s been putting in werk, and it shows.

This week, the 31-year-old star posted a photo of herself in an abs-bearing matching set of white shorts and sports bra by My Mum Made It with the cheeky caption, 'what’s that they said about Labor Day?' Her core is chiselled, and her legs are so toned.

Her fans and celebrity friends were quick to flood the comments on the Room star’s post with fire emojis and biceps. Comedian Chelsea Handler quipped, 'that it’s time to get your muscles out.' And style blogger Reese Blutstein posted 'so strong 💪🏼' Another follower added, 'CONTINUING TO BLESS US😭😭💕💕.'

So how does the Captain Marvel actress stay so fit? Well, for starters Brie has her own "Marvel gym" as she likes to call it. It has a heavy-duty weight rack, kettlebells galore, resistance bands, and so much more at the ready for Brie! She showed off her space in a video training with WWE star Tegan Nox.

Brie makes all the in-tense moves, like weighted arm circles and arm raises to glute bridges with chest presses and seated overhead presses, look like a breeze. She even chats her way through all of the reps as if those dumbbells are stacked with feathers instead of iron. Phew! To be fair they have the slightest tinge of sweat.

When she's really looking to up her fitness game, Brie turns to strength training, boxing, and rock climbing, she previously told Women’s Health UK. She shared snippets of her routines on Instagram, too. There are videos of her doing kettlebell squats with extra resistance and planks (see above) with an extra 45 pounds of weight.

Brie also follows a pretty strict diet, according to her nutritionist Dr Philip Goglia. He helped Brie add 15 pounds of muscle for her role in the Room. His main advice, according to People, is eating a little fat and simple sugar for breakfast to rev up and chow down on fatty fish for dinner to promote sleep. Here. For. It.
