Brie Larson Reveals Her Strong Core In A Blue Crop Top

Actress Brie Larson is redefining #fitspo with a brand new Instagram post. The Captain Marvel star, 32, just flashed her six million followers a glimpse of her super-strong core—and she's looking fitter than ever.

In the pic, Brie lounges in a field of wildflowers. She's wearing denim shorts and a light blue crop top that puts her killer six-pack on full display. And, fans in the comments couldn't get enough.

'Brie>>>anyone else,' one fan wrote. Someone else added, 'You look amazing!! 😍❤️,' which, you have to agree there. And, of course, plenty of other users spammed Brie's post with tons of '🔥' emojis.

If you're wondering just how Brie tones her core, you're not alone—and, you're in luck. She's been all kinds of honest about her intense workout routine, including posting about reaching her fitness goals on the 'gram.

'Sometimes I surprise myself! Thanks @risemovement for helping me reach new heights!' Brie captioned a recent video. In the clip, she's crushing six reps of weighted squats using a gigantic barbell. She even throws herself a little party when she realizes she's reached her goal:

According to her older posts, Brie also does kettlebell squats with extra resistance and planks with an added 45 pounds of weight (yes, really!). Oh, and one-armed pull-ups are a breeze for her, apparently:

And, she's not always on her own in the gym. She works with trainer Jason Walsh, who's also paired up with other celebs, including Irina Shayk, Alison Brie, and Chloe Grace Moretz.

As for her diet, Brie's nutritionist, Dr. Philip Goglia, shared details about her meal plan going into Captain Marvel with People. Every morning, Brie grabbed a teaspoon each of almond butter and all-fruit jam or preserves for an early-a.m. breakfast.

'The most recent science has shown that a little bit of fat and a little bit of simple sugar will actually increase intensity rate while you train early in the morning... and allow you to still continue to train and burn fat,' he explained. 'That really does start your engine for you.'

Then, Brie made herself a protein shake or some eggs, depending on the day. After that, she ate a bridge meal of fruit pieces before lunch.

Lunch was usually a plate full of chicken and veggies, followed by two more snacks before dinner. Then, Brie ended her days with another serving of fruit as a bedtime snack.

And, she stayed hydrated—like, really hydrated (think three to four liters a day). 'I think water ought to be a prescriptive thing–it’s just that important,' Dr Goglia said.
