Despite the devastating news that Regé-Jean Page will not be appearing in series 2 of Netflix's Bridgerton (SOB!), we're still as obsessed as ever with the show and its cast. And while there are no new episodes to enjoy just yet, we're able to watch cast members enjoy a slightly different social scene: awards season.

Last night's Baftas (British Academy Film and Television Arts Awards), although virtual, allowed some of its stars to walk a socially-distanced red carpet, including Phoebe Dynevor AKA Daphne Bridgerton, who arrived in a stunning black, off-the-shoulder gown to present an award live from the Royal Albert Hall.

Phoebe's skin looked dewy and flawless as always (we know her entire skincare routine, in case you're interested), but it was actually her hair that caught our attention first. A more muted strawberry blonde in season 1 of Bridgerton (and often blonde when she's not filming), she appeared to have spiced things up for the event.

The actress' long hair had an unmistakable fiery hue to it, and was styled in a super-glam, '80s-esque blow dry, with a flipped fringe and curled tendrils. And there we were thinking Cardi B was the queen of '8os blow dries. consider yourself demoted, Cardi.

Phoebe and her glam squad posted various pictures of the look, which included understated nude lips, cheeks and eyes, set off nicely with some jet-black sweeping lashes.

We suspect the duke would approve... or perhaps a new love interest due to arrive on the scene for Daphne in season 2...
