Brad Pitt's perfect response to being asked about running into Jennifer Aniston at the Globes
Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston both attended the Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night.
Fans were hoping to see a picture of them together on the red carpet.
Brad Pitt had the perfect response when he was asked about the possibility of running into ex Jennifer Aniston at the 2020 Golden Globes. The Once Upon A Time In Hollywood actor was giving an interview on the red carpet ahead of the annual ceremony when he was told everyone was keen for the pair to run into each so they could get a picture of the former couple together.
"Yeah I'll run into Jen, she's a good friend. Yeah," the actor replied to Entertainment Tonight's Kevin Frazier.
"The second most important reunion of her year? I understand," he joked before adding adding, "That was a play on Friends..."
But fans were left disappointed as Brad was one of the last to walk the carpet just after Jen had headed inside. They were even more miffed when cameras didn't even flash to Brad once when Jen was on stage.

Speaking about the pair's relationship, a source told Us Weekly after the Globes nominations were announced: "Jen and Brad are friends and occasionally connect.
"There’s no chance that a potential run-in between Jen and Brad will be tense or uncomfortable."
Brad, who reportedly attended Jen's Christmas party, and his ex-wife were last on the Golden Globes red carpet together in 2002. They announced they were splitting three years later.
