Boots has now launched on Deliveroo, offering delivery of a range of products directly to your door from the app.

Boots confirmed the pilot scheme, with delivery operating from 14 pilot stores across the UK, offering over 400 health and beauty products. As of yesterday (24 August), customers near locations including London, Southampton, Leeds, Birmingham and Newcastle are able to order a range of items.

Those available for order include cold and hay fever medicines, beauty products like make-up, snacks such as sandwiches and drinks plus daily essentials such as period care products and deodorant. Nappies, milk formula and children’s medicines are also available.

In a release, the Director of Boots.com, Paula Bobbet said the team were 'very excited about this new partnership with Deliveroo,' and that it 'will be super handy for times when you need something urgently but can’t leave the house, like if you’re feeling unwell or are looking after your kids.'

While the scheme has launched at 14 locations in this initial stage, the company has said that, 'the partnership could expand to more Boots stores in the future if the pilot stores are successful.'
