Those who love to experiment with gin flavours are in for a treat, with Bombay Sapphire's first flavoured distilled gin. Characteristic of the iconic brand they've taken inspiration from the classic Bramble Cocktail, using fresh raspberries and blackberries to create Bombay Bramble.

A short cut and modern twist on the staple Bramble, the crimson colour comes only from natural fruit ingredients and botanicals and would certainly add character to any cocktail.

Ivano Tonutti, BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Master of Botanicals described the creation process as blending their gin with: “an alcoholic infusion of berries that have been harvested at their ripest moment, resulting in a unique, bold flavour profile.”

While it's useful in the arsenal of any cocktail maker, it also apparently perfect for a simple serve, recommended over ice with tonic and garnished with a squeeze of lemon to create a "visually striking drink with a light, fresh and balanced taste."

Whether it's wowing guests with a deceptively simple cocktail or relaxing on a sunny afternoon with a refreshing simple serve, there's something effortlessly sophisticated about this homage to the timeless Bramble. Showing off made easy.

BOMBAY BRAMBLE (37.5% ABV; RRP £23) is available in bars across the country and to buy at Sainsbury’s and Tesco from 13 March before being rolled out to further supermarkets and convenience stores across the UK from Spring onwards.
