The Body Shop has gone and done it again... Launched a gorgeous range of goodies that also have the feel-good factor.
And, if you want to get your body summer-ready, they've landed just in time too.
The Body Shop Summer Body Care ranges are luxurious and lovely, but are also made from second-choice lumpy lemons and wonky cucumbers that wouldn’t sell in supermarkets, thereby minimising waste.
And, as British women rate body care as one of the top beauty essentials they can’t live without during the summer, the new body care and bath time treats will (literally) refresh your routine and cool you down when the heat rises – all while feeling great about your eco-conscious purchase.
The instantly cooling and seriously refreshing new collections are split into two categories, Cool Cucumber and Zesty Lemon.
The Zesty Lemon range is a gorgeous way to kickstart your mornings. Made with extract from lumpy lemons, it feels seriously refreshing. And smells ridiculously zingy. There's a hydrating Zesty Lemon Body Yogurt (£9) made with Community Fairtrade organic almond milk, a Zesty Lemon Body Scrub (£16) made with organic sugar for beautifully buffed skin, and a Zesty Lemon Shower Gel (£5.50), to leave you smelling fresh and squeaky-clean.
The Cool Cucumber range is made with juice from wonky cucumbers, and is instantly cooling on skin, as well as smelling unbelievably refreshing. The Cool Cucumber Body Yogurt, Cool Cucumber Body Scrub, and Cool Cucumber Shower Gel come in at the same price as the lemon range, so it's simply down to personal preference... Or why not get one of each?
There's an extra product in the cucumber range, the Cool Cucumber Hand Cream (£5) to freshen up palms and pinkies in an instant. It's light, non-greasy, and it’s also made with Community Fair Trade shea butter.
