Blake Lively steals the red carpet spotlight with the biggest 80s curls we've ever seen
The biggest night of the year, the Met Gala (obvs) is fast approaching – T-minus three days. And to set the tone, in terms of beauty, for said biggest night of the year is Blake Lively (again, obvs) with her latest hairstyle. I mean, she's unofficially won all of the red carpets since the dawn of time, aka 2008... Does anyone else remember her 'Heavenly Bodies' lewk?
Alas, I digress, for today we've been teased with all that she can do with her hair. Forewarner: Blake's range is impeccable, as one can assume.
Up until now, we've seen an XXL half-up 'do, effortless bedhead locks and of course, a brunette hair transformation. But the actor's most recent look may have just trumped all of the former. May I introduce to you the biggest 80s curls we ever did see:
Her naturally straight blonde tresses have been styled in wild 80s-esque curls, giving extreme body, ody, ody to her lengths. It just screams 'night fever night fever', IMO.
This star-studded look arrived to us overnight, when Blake attended the exclusive event for the reopening of Tiffany & Co.'s NYC Flagship store, The Landmark.
And to no surprise, as shown with the above snaps, to say she stole the red Tiffany blue carpet would be a total injustice to both Blake and her hairstylist – though, thou shall not (read: is yet to be) named.
If this is the beauty look she's sporting now, we can't wait to see what she does at Monday's Met. I'm preparing for a total knockout.
XOXO.
