Blake Lively‘s wardrobe is an object of envy for many women.
It’s no surprise, then, that she stormed the red carpet at CinemaCon 2018 with this chic, androgynous look.
Wearing a thigh-skimming navy tux by Sonia Rykiel — which showed off her bare legs — with a white shirt by Meghan Markle fave Aritzia and an orange Brackish bow tie, Lively was seriously having fun with her look.
The eccentric choice isn’t abnormal for the actress, who has been known to rock a suit in the past.
Lively is supposedly self-styled. She said she chooses, calls in, and arranges alterations for her own clothes — jobs usually left to someone else in Hollywood.
But it’s creative output for Lively.
“It’s a lot of work,” she told WWD. “I mean, it’s not hard in that we all dress ourselves every morning. So once you have the clothes, you just pick out what to wear like any other human being does. But it’s easier because you have access to clothes and so it’s not that hard.
“The hard part is going through all the fashion shows and screenshotting all the looks you like and calling them in. I have an assistant who helps in calling in the looks. But a lot of it is [because] I have relationships with the designers.”
What a woman.
