'Honey, just buy it': This amazing Bissell wet/dry robovac is $150 off

Updated ·4-min read

It's post–Labor Day, a time when homeowners' thoughts turn to something along the lines of: "Wow, I sure haven't cleaned the house in a while!" After three months of dashing to and fro to the beach, the park and the backyard, nothing in your home shows dirt (and stray bits of sand) more than your floors. For many people that means this is also a time to rethink how to clean those floors. Why not get smart, and "smart," with an appliance that can vacuum and mop and make your life so, so much easier — you know, like Bissell's SpinWave 2-in-1 Wet Mop and Dry Robot Vacuum. Oh, and right now it's $150 off.

Spinning brushes in the front, a roller brush in the middle and rotating mop pads in the back — it all adds up to the only floor-cleaning machine you'll ever need.

Even if the Spinwave weren't marked down nearly 40%, we'd be hard-pressed to name a robovac with its combination of power, versatility and intuitive smarts. When on dry floors, its cleaning system features a pair of spinning edge brushes in addition to a rotating brush roll, all powered by up to 1500 Pa. Come mopping time, a pair of rotating pads, located in the rear of the unit, scrub your sealed wood, tile or linoleum surfaces. When those pads get filthy-ed up, just toss 'em in the washing machine.

You might be thinking: "But I don't want my carpet getting all damped up with cleaning solution!" Don't worry! The Spinwave's Soft Surface Avoidance Sensor knows to keep it off your rugs when it's in mop mode. Thanks to its "cliff detection" feature, it also knows to avoid staircases.

When its work is done, it'll automatically return to its charging dock. Speaking of charging: Its ion lithium battery provides up to 130 minutes of runtime. You can control and schedule it all via the Bissell Connect app. (Translation: Summer may be over, but that doesn't mean you have to be in the house to clean it.)

This package comes with two replacement filters and a complimentary bottle of Bissell's Wood Floor Formula cleaning solution, so you'll waste no time in seeing it work its magic.

With all that in mind, we know it won't surprise you to hear that the Spinwave has garnered thousands of rave reviews. "Honey, just buy it," gushed one five-star fan. "Three kids, one dog, two cats and a husband in this house that I clean up after, and let me tell you this product has absolutely changed my life! Just buy it and live an easier cleaning day every day." Thanks, sweetie!

"First off, I don't like to mop!" began one (now) happy user. "So when I saw this Bissell Spinwave, I had to get it. My floors have both wood and carpet, and this mop cleans the entire floor. It has a vacuum attachment to clean rugs and carpet, and it easily switches to the mop feature. And it's smart! Even if it's in mop mode, this little robot knows to avoid rugs and carpets. And it puts itself back on the dock when it's done."

This shopper spun a tale of two vacs: "I own an iRobot Roomba e6, her name is Hazel. Hazel is loud and lazy. She doesn't clean two of my area rugs, she gets stuck on a low pile rug in one of the bedrooms and she only cleans 25% of my small home. I now own this beautiful piece of vacuuming greatness! Her name is Bethany! Bethany the Bissell Spinwave is flipping fantastic! On her first run she vacuumed my black area rug (Hazel NEVER did, she went AROUND it), the area rug in my office (another one that Hazel avoided), both of my bathrooms (Hazel never went in either of them), both bedrooms, the living room, kitchen my master bath closet, dining area and my office (she even cleaned under my desk) she properly put herself back on her dock.... Best. Robot. Ever."
