Beyoncé Performed at the CMA Awards With the Dixie Chicks in a Really Sparkly Dress

Who run country music? Well, on Wednesday night, Beyoncé. At the 50th annual CMA Awards in Nashville, the music superstar performed her hit “Daddy Lessons” from Lemonade. Yet while the artist has been going solo since parting ways with Destiny’s Child, she was joined by the Dixie Chicks for the night.

Beyoncé, who frequently matched with her fellow bandmates back in the day, stood out from Natalie Maines, Emily Robison, and Martie Maguire who coordinated in all black looks. Bey, on the other hand, looked ethereal in a sheer white dress covered in crystals placed in circular patterns. The see-through gown also featured puffy ’80s-like sleeves and a neckline that dipped down to about her bellybutton.

The garment was flashy enough on its own, but Beyoncé added even more glitz with some bling including layers of pearl necklaces and drop earrings. She styled her hair stick straight and had a subtle smoky eye with a berry matte lip.

For the actual event, she wore a long-sleeved dress, also with puffy sleeves. The floor-sweeping piece was seemingly made of lots of macramé flowers in pink, white, and blue.
