Beyoncé has dominated the Billboard charts in 9 different categories, from gospel to rap to country — here's a breakdown

Beyoncé achieved her first #1 hit on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, meaning the singer has now topped 9 multi-metric charts.

Billboard broke the news on Tuesday after her latest song, "Texas Hold 'Em," hit the top spot one week after release.

"Texas Hold 'Em" was one of two singles from Beyoncé's upcoming album, "Renaissance Act II." The other single, "16 Carriages," was ninth on the charts.

Beyoncé's win means she is now the first Black female artist to have a #1 hit on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.

Beyoncé has scored a #1 hit in 9 separate Billboard multi-metric song charts, which combines the total of streams with sales and radio airplay in the US.

Summary: The Billboard Hot 100 is the main singles chart, with songs from all genres. Beyoncé has had lots of success on this chart, beginning in 2003 when she had two #1 hits, "Baby Boy (feat. Sean Paul)" and "Crazy in Love."

Her most recent win was "Break My Soul," which was on top of the Hot 100 chart for two weeks in August 2022.
