We’ve seen more and more flavoured options enter the market this year too, as smoked salmon is the perfect carrier for trendy flavours such as gin and tonic or single malt Scotch whisky. And these innovative alternatives can be used in plenty of dishes over the festive period.
Try serving on a blini or toasted crumpet with some crème fraîche and dill for a quick and simple canapé - don’t forget to serve with some champagne!
