After far too long in lockdown wearing only our most comfortable clothing, it felt like a big shock to the system when the world returned to this new semblance of normality and we had to go back to our usual underwear.

We’ve done it. We’ve finally found a bralette to support bigger busts. Spanx describes their latest bra offering as “more bra than lette” and that is most certainly the case but nevertheless, we didn’t think this day would come. Composed of a sumptuously soft fabrication, the piece doesn’t have any wires, padding or actually any hardware at all. It is formulated with the same skin smoothing fabric as the signature Spanx shapewear but doesn’t feel tight or constricting in the slightest. The bralette also doesn’t ride up or bunch and works wonders in keeping everything firmly in place with impressive comfort. Can you tell we’re obsessed? Cosabella Pret A Porter Curvy Longline Bralette
For those with bigger busts, bralettes were once an impossibility. Yes, they looked pretty but they just didn’t have enough reinforcements - but no longer.
