You may have already heard, but there’s a new set of AirPods Pro earbuds. The new AirPods Pro (which cost £229 RRP) have better noise cancellation and let you change the volume on the fly by swiping up or down on both of the stems. They just got updated in 2023 to finally switch over from Apple's old Lighting port to USB-C, making them easier to recharge with the same cable you for your iPad, Kindle or laptop.
Right now, they've just got their first major price drop for Black Friday, going down from £229 to £199 – £20 off isn't much, but it's more than you'd usually get off new kit from Apple, tbh.

You’ll miss out on the extras if you’re an Android fan, though. Overall, we think the AirPods 3 strikes the perfect balance between comfort, function and audio quality.
Apple AirPods 2
The Apple AirPods 2 have a battery life of up to five hours of listening time from one charge and features hands-free Siri access. It’s worth noting though, that, unlike the AirPods Pro, there are no silicone ear tips or noise-cancelling tech.
But, we know some find this open design comfier and the audio quality on these OG earbuds is still top-notch, as is call quality.
