A dusting of blusher is a sure-fire way to give you an instant lift.
But how exactly should you apply blush for a natural flush of colour? Make-up artist and delilah co-founder, Rupert Kingston, recommends dusting a small amount of powder onto the cheekbones and building up and blending the pigment until you reach the desired shade.
"For a healthy glow, apply to the apples of the cheeks and blend backwards towards the top of the ear," he advised. "For a more sculpted look, apply along the top of the cheekbone and into the temple."
