BBC The Traitors star reveals huge behind-the-scenes secret viewers don't get to see
Viewers only have two episodes left of this year's series of The Traitors and anything can happen as the contestants compete for the huge cash prize.
As fans wait in anticipation, a former contestant of the show has revealed a huge behind-the-scenes moment that viewers aren't privy to when tuning in on television.
Author Ivan Brett, who took part on the first series of the show back in 2022, has divulged that music is played during the infamous roundtables in order to help build the tension.
The former contestant representing Spin Genie AR's Treasure Quest shared about the Round Tables: "You sit there and wait a long time before it starts, and then they pump in some music to hype the tension."
The reality star went on to reveal that things that happen on the show are portrayed correctly and the cast aren't told to reshoot any scenes after they've happened.

Ivan continued: "Things were portrayed as they happened. We were never asked to retake anything, and we were never put in a room and told to speak to people or anything like that. There was no direction, so I really want to make that clear."
Ivan was the fifth person to leave the game on his series and the third contestant to be banished from the castle. Despite his co-stars suspicions of him being a Traitor, Ivan was in fact a Faithful the entire time and was wrongfully banished.
Meanwhile, with only two episodes left of this series, the heat is definitely rising as the Faithfuls scramble to try and get rid of the remaining Traitor.
In Wednesday's episode (January 22), Minah, who has been a Traitor since the beginning, was banished from the castle after receiving the most votes. Her fellow Traitor Charlotte, who Minah recently recruited, also turned on her and voted her out of the show.
During the closing moments of the episode, host Claudia Winkleman told Charlotte she must seduce a Faithful and if they refuse the offer, she must murder them on the spot. She chose Freddie but unbeknownst to him, she's only using him as a sacrificial lamb and plans to get him out of the game.
Viewers are expecting a huge twist ahead of the final as Claudia teased that one contestant will be presented with a huge power that has the potential to turn the entire game on it's head.
