BBC release sneaky new clip of Gavin & Stacey Christmas special and here's how to find it
BBC has released a sneaky new clip of the Gavin & Stacey: The Finale episode and there's a special way of finding it. The Christmas special episode is only a few weeks away, with many fans feeling excited to find out how their beloved comedy series concludes.
Last time we saw the Shipman and West families was five years ago, back in another Christmas Special, which aired in 2019. Now, Gavin & Stacey fans can watch a sneaky preview of the finale for this year's Christmas Day (Wednesday, December 25) on BBC iPlayer. For the latest TV & Showbiz news, sign up to our newsletter.

Fans can watch the original ending for the special episode that was aired five years ago, in which Nessa, played by co-creator Ruth Jones, confesses her love to Smithy, played by co-creator James Corden, and then gets down on one knee to ask him to marry her.
The episode is seemingly left on a cliffhanger as it cuts to credit before we get the chance to hear Smithy's response, however, at 1:02:50 we return back to the world of Gavin & Stacey and see a hot and bothered Nessa riding a rickshaw style cart in Barry Island in the Vale of Glamorgan, with a couple of visitors at the back.
"Right, that's your lot, you're going to have to walk the rest," Nessa tells the couple, who are seemingly shocked by her words. When the woman visitor is about to suggest that they could be dropped off elsewhere, Nessa interjects and says: "No, I'm done. That will be £75".
"What?" the woman asks. "But we've only been on for a couple of minutes". Nessa, who then gets off the seat of the cart tells the visitor "she is just speaking her truth" and that she finds her "abusive tone very triggering". "If I were you, I'd leave it there," Nessa then says. "You got Apple Pay?". The woman nods. Nessa then points: "I've got Bluetooth in my bra".
Over recent months, many avid fans have spotted filming for the finale taking place in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, including the rickshaw scene. The 90-minute special will be airing on Christmas Day at 9pm on both BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
