In the location shot, the pair stand on a bridge over the Thames and consult director and writer Abi Morgan. From the trailer, we see an exchange between Hannah and Nathan where she reveals that "Christie's in town", before we see them in a passionate kiss. It also looks as though Nathan could have a potential interest and rival for Hannah, while we see Nina also mid-kiss as well as in floods of tears.

The Split series three will be back on BBC One soon, with an exact broadcast date still yet to be announced.

Last year, we found out that filming had officially kicked off, with Nicola Walker sharing a behind the scenes snap on her Twitter account in June, revealing that she was back on set.

Fans of Nicola (let's face it, who isn't?) will be delighted to know we'll be getting an update on her character Hannah and how she's facing life after the bombshells of season two.

The second series, which aired last year, was the the third most watched drama series on BBC iPlayer in 2020 - averaging over 6 million viewers and over 19 million streams.
