With the government announcing that "all unnecessary travel" should cease to limit the spread of COVID-19, the fitness industry has moved quickly.
PTs have taken to social media to make sure people can still get their workout in despite being at home.
After announcing the closure of all of their 'Red Rooms' (studios) across the country yesterday, Barry's Bootcamp powered down their treadmills and powered up their social media, running two live sessions on Instagram Live.
Another London chain offering free live workouts is functional gym The Foundry, with trainer and head of brand Laura Hoggins going live this week to whip her regulars and new-joiners into shape. If you missed it, not a problem – Hoggins shared the entire video on her Instagram.
And they're not the only ones bringing the gym/yoga studio/HIIT class to you.
If you missed those early morning sessions, then not to worry, there are plenty more live workouts to tune into yet to come.

Thursday March 19th
Join Shona Vertue every day at 7am GMT live on her YouTube channel for a workout followed by a short live Q&A / chat. The workouts change daily. If you can’t make these times, the videos will stay on YouTube for you to do at time that suits.
Not one to do things by halves, personal trainer Faisal is continuing his weekly programming with a core-based session on Thursday evening. Catch him at 7pm on his Instagram Live.
Friday March 20th
Faisal is rounding off the week with a full body blast. If you missed the other sessions get involved with this one for a whole body burn.
Sunday March 22nd
Head over to the RWL page on Sunday morning at 9:30am for their Lift Like a Pro class with Cecilia. Who says social distancing has to mean losing your hard-earned gains?
Monday March 23rd
Fancy a boxing class without having to leave your immediate surroundings? Boxercise at 6pm with RWL trainer Paige should do the trick.
Some studios, such as London based Core Collective, will be dropping their yet-to-be-scheduled live classes later this week. Keep an eye out here as we'll update with exact times and types of class as soon as it's shared.
Try these free at home Instagram workouts
If you missed those live sessions or aren't available at those times then not to fear, many trainers are posting home workouts that you don't need to tune into in real time. In fact, you can simply hit save and take part on your own schedule – whether it gives you some much needed headspace in the middle of the day or before or after you sit down to work from home.
