I don't know about you but I'm certainly doing a lot of TV watching right now. And why not? From Queer Eye season 5 to Selling Sunset, there are a whole host of great shows and films to get stuck into.
As part of Cosmo UK's 'Are You Still Watching?' franchise, singer Ava Max has shared her top TV and film recommendations that are getting her through lockdown. Enjoy...
Little Fires Everywhere
"The first show I’ve been binge watching is Little Fires Everywhere with Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington, I really like this show because it shows a lot of different characters and they’re very complex so I feel like I can relate to a lot of them. There is a lot of pain, theres a lot of drama - that I don’t have in my life -, I feel like watching the show really helped me pass the time.
"I love Kerry Washington's character and Reese Witherspoon's too. They’re just so complex and as you get deeper and deeper into the episodes you really feel bad for them. I’ve already finished season one. Its really entertaining to watch, but also you realise that every family has problems and nobody is perfect."
"Tiger King is pretty crazy - if you haven’t already watched it - if you have the stomach for it. If not, then don’t watch it because its really graphic and raw. I was recommended it by a few of my friends, they were like 'you’ve got to watch, it you won’t believe this happened in the last 20 years, in our country'. So I watched it, and my mind was blown. You should definitely watch it if you have the stomach for it."
