Model and body confidence legend Ashley Graham just gave us a glimpse into her workout routine, sharing a video of herself using TRX suspension bands in the gym. Oh, and of course she posted an epic post-sweat sesh selfie too.
Taking to her Instagram Story, the mum-of-three posted a video of her TRX workout – a set of suspension bands that can be used for a variety of exercises such as lunges, single-leg burpees, low rows and more. In her workout, Ashley appears to be doing a reverse pull up, and our abs are burning just watching!
After her stint in the gym, Ashley shared an unfiltered mirror selfie followed by a snap of her eating a bowl of spaghetti with a glass of red wine – a woman truly after our own hearts!
Ashley's post comes just days after she shared an empowering message about learning to love the parts of her body that have changed since she welcomed twins earlier this year.
"Hi new tummy", Ashley wrote in the caption of an unedited photo of her stomach. "You look very different from what I'm use[d] to. But I do appreciate you", she added alongside a love heart emoji.
But this isn't the first time that Ashley has spoken out about the body confidence challenges that come with postpartum life. "I've learned it’s okay if the journey to love the skin you’re in is more complex than you could ever have imagined," she told Glamour in May. "Even now, if I’m completely honest, I go in waves. I am still not entirely comfortable in my body, no matter my own body positivity advocacy."
But, she went on: "I am bold, I am brilliant, I am beautiful... we all are."
