April takes us from ambitious Aries into pleasure-seeking Taurus (19^th April) both in the realm of springtime, so this is a high energy month. It provokes a phase of development, growth, fertility, and planting seeds you want to grow and flourish for the remainder of 2025.

A Full Moon in Libra on the 13^th April gives us insight into our closest relationships, particularly around the theme of balance and equality. Notice where things are out of kilter and take ownership in playing a role to rebalance matters. Mars moving into Leo in the 18^th gives us a shot in the arm, a lust for recognition and admiration, which might spur a new goal or target in life. Let your ego lead.

The New Moon in Taurus on the 27^th April is like a financial reality check, a pause to review our monetary health and make changes, adjustments, and new resolutions. Money is the currency of freedom. So don’t underestimate its power in your realm. The last day of April gives us a little gift of Venus moving into Aries, restoring passion, lust, and physical attraction to their full force. Get lucky and make love! April rocks.

Aries

Don’t judge yourself by others' standards because you have a bigger engine, a larger dose of vitality, and a stronger constitution than most other folk. Get it all off your chest. Express yourself. Speak up. It’s all better out than in, and then you get back to action mode and, boy do you need to, because it’s all going off this April!

The Four and Six of Wands bring you great success, good fortune, and luck in work, career and passion-led projects. You are, as they say, on fire. Whatever you touch will turn to gold. Whatever you invest in will be a great success. Don’t worry. The good fortune you need is coming. Just keep being consistent, being visible, showcasing what you do… and the offers are going to start rolling in!

Cancer

(Seven of Cups, Judgment, Death)

A really deep-seated, sustained, and significant process of transformation and change is going to begin in your life this April. It could be a physical shift or makeover of sorts, a change of home and location, a new role or career path, or a personal adjustment in your outlook and approach to life. Death and Judgment are incredibly powerful Major Arcana cards and represent connection to your authentic personality and desires. Leo

Most Leos I know are much quieter, humbler, and more passive than their zodiac stereotype. If you’re a quiet Leo, then know that you still (and always will) have your roar. Maybe, with the assertive Knight of Swords, it’s time to growl a little louder this April? The King of Wands is your element’s (Fire) King and wants you operating at full Leo capacity. Sagittarius

A decision needs to be made. I sense, with the Eight of Cups and Eight of Coins, it is largely about whether to quit something or keep going. The Two of Swords needs you to focus on this decision now wholeheartedly and get to a conclusion this April, with the outcome executed. It’s unlikely to be irreversible, so don’t put pressure on here or overthink it. One decision always leads to another. You are not trapped.

I think the way forward is to keep going but try a new approach, maybe as a ‘final option’ before calling it a day. One last swing of the bat. Decide upon your strategy, your new approach, your expected outcome and standards (what, by when) and then put your all into it. I think a breakthrough could happen… but even if it doesn’t, well, you’ve proven this endeavour wasn’t right for you and you gave it your best shot.
