Here's what Jurassic Park's Lex looks like now

Remember sassy, Jell-O eating, computer hacking specialist (who happened to be a vegetarian, actually) Lex Murphy from 1993's Jurassic Park?

Well, 25 years on since the classic Steven Spielberg film, this is what actress, Ariana Richards, who played her looks like now, people.

The 38-year-old star - who was just 12 when she took on the role alongside Sam Neil, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, and the late Richard Attenborough - was attending the recent LA premiere of the latest Jurassic World instalment Fallen Kingdom.

After the success of the movie, Ariana went on to return for the sequel Lost World, but spent most of her adult life concentrating on her art career.

And according to Wikipedia, she's a successful artist specialising in painting landscapes and figures, which tend to be in the style of the impressionists.

She last acted in 2013's TV movie Battledogs, about a werewolf virus which contaminates New York City. Enough said.

And if you're wondering what happened to her on-screen younger brother Tim Murphy, here he is posing with a giant pepper grinder on Instagram.

The 34-year-old actor will play Queen bassist John Deacon in upcoming Freddie Mercury biopic Bohemian Rhapsody opposite Short Term 12's Remi Malik as Freddie.

Meanwhile, Chris Pratt reprises his role as cheeky dinosaur researcher Owen Brady in Fallen Kingdom alongside Bryce Dallas Howard as glamorous park operations managerClaire Dearing.
