Ant and Dec have recreated a Saturday Night Takeaway throwback shot to celebrate the imminent return of the series - but it's one of Dec's least favourite pictures.

They posted a video of some behind the scenes fun to Instagram, with them both dressed in Hawaiian shirts, sombreros and shaking some maracas - the same set up as a promo shot for the show almost 20 years ago.

"Oi, mind me maracas! 🌴🥥 Bit of silly filming for the new @itvtakeaway , back on your tellies this Saturday on @itv and @wearestv1 . Less than one week to go!" they wrote.

In the clip, Ant complains in jest: "See what I mean, it's constant man. Imagine going on holidays with him.

"This is what he's like - morning noon and night! Maracas, maracas, maracas! It drives us crackers!"

Dec then reveals: "In the promo shot we did in 2002, I had maracas and a sombrero but it is my least favourite promo shot of Saturday Night Takeaway."

Despite Dec's reservations, the two recreate the pose with a smile.

In more happy news, ITV has shared a clip of Harry and Jamie Redknapp taking part in their hidden camera skit Get Out Of Me Ear from the opening show - with a whole host of celebrities promised to appear on this series, including Davina McCall and Alison Hammond.

There's also going to be bonus content on the ITV Hub, with behind the scenes Takeaway gossip and extra interviews.

Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway is back on 20 February at 7pm on ITV.
