Anne Hathaway having 'so much fun' with fashion again

Anne Hathaway is having "so much fun" with her "fashion renaissance".

In recent months, fans and style critics have been raving over the Oscar-winning actress's sartorial choices, such as the black minidress she wore to the Versace fall/winter 2023 fashion show earlier this month, or the sequin Valentino dress she sported to the premiere of Armageddon Time.

During an interview celebrating Hollywood's "most powerful" stylists, Hathaway credited her stylist Erin Walsh with orchestrating her bold new image.

"I've never had this much fun - and it's supposed to be fun, right?" she smiled to The Hollywood Reporter, while Walsh added: "Anne's style is incidentally fabulous. She always looks out-of-this-world cool, fashionable and fun, but it's also quite effortless."

Elsewhere in the interview, Anne noted that Erin has helped her switch up her look, particularly compared to the outfits she wore when promoting The Princess Diaries in the early 2000s.

"Erin sees my idiosyncrasies as a strength," the 40-year-old praised. "Maybe there was initial confusion with me because I was introduced to the world as a teenaged princess, but I never actually connected to things that are 'sweet' and 'pretty' - no shade at all for those wonderful options. I love the right risk, as does she."
