Andie MacDowell looks incredible in bronze gown at Cannes Film Festival
on Thursday, 25 May, Andie MacDowell walked the red carpet in Cannes, stealing the limelight in a beautiful bronze gown.
In the south of France for the 76th Cannes Film Festival, the Four Weddings and a Funeral actress made a red carpet appearance for the premiere of Last Summer (L'Été dernier).
Andie's floor-length gown featured an oversized bow on her shoulder, floating into a short train behind her. Her gorgeous silver hair was styled in a chic, tousled up-do, and she wore chunky gold earrings to compliment her bronze look.
Andie playfully blew kisses to the camera, waved happily, and threw up some peace signs, which the cameras loved.
Just a few days before, the actress headed out on a makeup-free outing in Cannes from the Hotel Martinez, wearing a pretty white striped midi dress, perfect for the hot weather in France.
She paired the floaty number with black and floral wedges, and some wide frame sunglasses.
That same day, she let her natural curls down, and looked as gorgeous as ever.
Over the last few years in particular, Andie has been very vocal about embracing her grey hair, choosing not to add harsh chemicals to her locks in order to gain what is considered a more youthful appearance. Instead, she is pleased to be growing older, embracing the natural beauty that ageing brings.
The Cannes Film Festival ends on May 27. After 11 days of Festival, the Jury will give the awards during the Closing Ceremony, beginning at 8.30pm.
