If you're like me, you probably spend a fair amount of money at Amazon. OK, a lot of money. Fine: All the money. It seems only fair, then, that Amazon should give a little of it back, don't you think?

For a limited time, you can indeed put some Amazon cash back in your pocket. Below I've rounded up four easy ways to score free gift-card credit. Three of them involve actual gift cards; the fourth, which is where I'll start, is all about a credit card.

Amazon Prime Rewards Visa: $100 Amazon gift card

Amazon's credit cards afford some nice perks, starting with a free store credit.

If you're an Amazon Prime subscriber, you can get a $100 gift card when you sign up for the Prime Rewards Visa Card. Assuming you qualify — approval happens in about the time it takes to read this paragraph — the gift card is provided instantly, meaning you now have $100 to spend on anything Amazon sells.

This is a no-annual-fee Visa, so there's literally zero cost to you (save for the Prime subscription, natch). And there are benefits beyond the gift card: You get 5 percent back on nearly all Amazon and Whole Foods purchases, 2 percent back on restaurants and gas and 1 percent on just about everything else.

Amazon also runs Prime Card exclusives from time to time, with up to 25 percent back (in the form of Amazon credit, which is processed after your purchase) on select items.

Don't have a Prime subscription? You can still get an Amazon Visa, though your gift-card bonus will be $50 and your cash-back 3 percent.

Apple gift card: $10 Amazon credit with $100 card

Amazon sells Apple gift cards that are good for all manner of Apple products and services (purchased from Apple proper).

If you buy one valued at $100 or more and apply promo code APPLEDIGITAL at checkout, you'll see a $10 credit in your Amazon account within three days of purchase. That's a nice little perk for you on top of a great gift for someone else. (But, psst, go ahead and buy this card for yourself if you want. We won't tell.)

Amazon gift card: $10 Amazon credit with $50 card

This is very similar to the above: Buy an Amazon gift card valued at $50 or more, making sure to apply promo code USGIFTCARD21 at checkout. Presto: a $10 Amazon credit will be coming your way. Note that you can't take advantage of this if you've purchased Amazon gift cards in the past; it's for first-time buyers only.

Amazon reload: $10 Amazon credit with $100 reload

If you're the recipient of an Amazon gift card, did you know that you can add funds to that card? This can be done one-time or automatically, like on a monthly basis. Why would you want to do that? To be honest, I can think of only one good reason: The first time you reload a gift card with at least $100, you'll get a $10 Amazon credit. Free money, basically.

After that, eh, I'm not sure I see the point.
