Amanda Holden proudly poses with rarely-seen lookalike daughters
There may be two days to go until New Year's Eve, but Amanda Holden is already raring to go. The Britain's Got Talent judge is currently spending time in Edinburgh with her family, and took to Instagram to share some snaps with her rarely seen daughters; Lexi, 18, in the Scottish capital this weekend.
Dressed in a burgundy tartan suit layered over a satin shirt, Amanda looked stunning as she posed in 5-star hotel The Witchery. Sticking with the tartan theme, Lexi was dressed in a tartan suit while Hollie donned a tartan mini skirt and black jumper - with all three of the ladies' ensembles from clothing brand Holland Cooper.
Amanda shared a reel to Instagram with pictures of the trio, captioning: "Countdown to #hogmanay @hollandcooperclothing". Hogmanay is a Scottish word for the last day of the year. Amanda shares her daughters with husband Chris Hughes, who she married in 2008.

While Lexi and Hollie aren't in the limelight like their mum, back in 2022, Lexi signed with modelling agency Storm Management - which is known for having represented Kate Moss, 48, for much of her career. Even though the agency no longer has Kate on its books it still has a roster including supermodel Cindy Crawford, 56, and musician Michael Bublé, 46.
But prioritising her studies, Lexi headed to university earlier this year after completing her A-levels.
Previously, Amanda spoke about the possibility of her girls flying the nest. She opened up to co-star Alan Carr in an episode of Amanda and Alan's Italian Job, saying: "When your children, when they leave home, you only spend a year of your life with them ever again. They say you have 18 summers and then you're lucky to see them.
Amanda was overcome with emotion as she spoke to Alan. She added: "It's so terrible because you wish so much of it away when you're a busy parent... and then you turn around and they're not even there."
The BGT judge previously shared a clip of the conversation on Instagram and had some advice for her fans. She captioned the video: "Time flies. Enjoy it."
Her followers flocked to support her. Loose Women's Ruth Langsford wrote: "You’re right…it flies SO quickly….enjoy every second that you can."
Somebody else penned: "I was broken when mine left - but believe me they keep coming back!" Another added: "Can’t even watch it without welling up about mine leaving! Feeling churned up inside and out with tears in my eyes for you and for me!! x."
