Amanda Holden made listeners giggle on her Heart Breakfast show with Jamie Theakston on Wednesday as she got tongue-tied over the word "six" while discussing the benefits of setting lockdown challenges for ourselves over the coming weeks.

Yes, she accidentally said "sex", and not once, but twice while she tried to relay the inspirational newspaper article she'd read to listeners. Some articles, in our opinion, have set unobtainable goals for readers to achieve by February, so it's all about what's right for you and doing whatever helps you get through the next few months.

Sharing the blooper clip on Instagram, Amanda says in the video: "Earlier on the show we were talking about an amazing article in one of the newspapers today that's called 'The Lockdown Challenge', which I prefer because it's a good spin, so it's thinking about what you can do, what you can do for yourself over the next sex... Sex!

"That's probably not one of the things most of us will be doing... Can't be bothered!"

Co-host Jamie Theakston quipped: "That escalated quickly!"

The TV star attempted to start the segment afresh but said "sex" instead of "six" again, and laughed: "Flippin heck!"

She added the caption to her clip: "Blimey I’ve clearly got it on the brain..#lockdownlife @thisisheart."

Fans were very much enjoying Amanda's risqué slip up, with one commenting: "Our mornings would be too boring without you."

"Ohh Amanda... That just made my morning!" another added.

Amanda recently shared a very cheeky Instagram post to wish her followers a Happy New Year last week, which featured the Britain's Got Talent judge raising a glass of bubbly in her hot tub in nothing but a pair bikini bottoms which read: "Bye bye 2020".

She also revealed her family's motto as we enter a tough few weeks, which is: "2021, LETS GET IT DONE."

Our thoughts exactly.
