Amanda Holden amazes fans with family snap of 'lookalike' daughters on country walk

She’s known for her youthful looks, but now Amanda Holden has amazed fans who think she looks almost identical to her daughters.

The 49-year-old TV star - who is mum to 14-year-old Alexa and eight-year-old Hollie - shared a snap with her 1.3m followers on Instagram from a family country walk.

Captioning an image of the trio posing in a field wearing warm coats, she wrote: “#cotswolds #mygirls.”

The photo, which received more than 70,000 ‘likes’, appeared to have been taken by her husband Chris Hughes.

Her fans were amazed by how similar the Britain’s Got Talent judge looked to her two children.

One person wrote: “Beautiful ladies take after their mother.”

Another commented: “Beautiful photo, the older one is your double.”

A third shared: “They’ve definitely got their mams good looks..... gorgeous girlies.”

It comes just weeks after Reece Witherspoon’s fans were left baffled by how similar she looked to daughter Ava Phillippe in a ski selfie.

The actress, 43, posed for a photo during a recent holiday on the slopes.

“Weekend ski bunnies,” she captioned the snap, which was shared on Instagram.

With their matching blonde hair and blue eyes, the duo looked more like sisters than mother and daughter.

One person noted: “I’m seeing double.”

Another exclaimed: “Omg you two are gorgeous, just like two sisters!”

A third asked: “She does look like she could be your twin! Is this your sister Reese?”

And a fourth added: “TWINS! You literally birthed yourself!”

It isn’t just fans who think the duo look alike, with Reece previously admitting she can see it too.

“I do see the resemblance,” she said on the red carpet appearance during the Big Little Lies premiere in 2017, as reported by Vanity Fair.

“She’s a beautiful person inside and out. She's just a good soul.

“I'm not sure what she thinks. I'm just mom to her. I really have a rich, personal relationship with my daughter.

“I have a really great career, and it's nice to be able to share it with my kids.”

Ava also has two siblings, Tennessee Toth and Deacon Phillippe.
