It may only be November, but many of us have already started bringing Christmas cheer to our homes in these uncertain times.

This includes Amanda Holden, who has decorated her front door with the most amazing festive ‘wreath’ you’ve ever seen.

The entrance to the 49-year-old TV star’s thatched cottage in the Cotswolds countryside is now flanked by a stunning creation featuring dozens of shiny baubles, sprigs of ivy and frosted pine cones.

A snap of the finished result was shared to Instagram by luxury floral designers Early Hours London Ltd, who revealed that they had opted for “rose gold accents” for the “elegant display”.

Their post received more than 6,000 ‘likes’ and over a hundred messages of praise.

One person wrote: “Simply stunning!”

Another commented: “So absolutely beautiful.”

A third shared: “Absolutely love it.”

And a fourth added: “So pretty.”

In another picture, the floral designers gave their followers a close-up of the attention to detail they gave to the mother-of-two’s porch.

Their social media account reveals that the firm also recently dressed the front door of the iconic The Ivy restaurant, as well as the homes of Kimberley Walsh, I’m A Celebrity’s Giovanna Fletcher and Holly Willoughby.

The latter TV presenter gave fans a sneak peek at the winter wonderland transformation to her own entrance on Instagram earlier this month.

The mum-of-three explained that she’d enlisted their help to surround her doorway with stunning seasonal foliage.

She shared a snap of herself looking up at the impressive snowy display with glistening white baubles, frosted pine cones and snow-covered berries.

In the caption of the post, she thanked the floral designers for creating “the most beautiful door display”.

It comes as Marks & Spencer launched a kit for families to make their own Christmas wreath this festive season.

It contains everything you need to create your own front-door decoration, including red-painted birch twigs and pistache foliage as well as pine cones and cinnamon sticks.

These aren’t the only celebrities who have been getting in the Christmas spirit before the traditional first weekend of December.

The likes of Kelly Brook, Michelle Keegan and Maya Jama are among those brightening up their homes amid continuing coronavirus restrictions in the UK.

Indeed, it was predicted last month that Christmas tree and card sales are set to soar as Britons remain largely at home this festive season.
