Just in case Amal Clooney's outstanding career wasn't impressive enough, the civil rights lawyer has just released a 1,000-page legal text titled The Right to a Fair Trial in International Law.

Per People, Amal opened up about drafting the book, which she did while travelling the globe with her husband, George Clooney, as he worked on various movie sets.

"I know this process seemed interminable to him. Especially since I was always so sure that this was 'the very last drafting session,' over and over again!" said Amal during the virtual book launch event. "The book drafting took place at all his filming locations and throughout the process."

Amal praised her husband for his unwavering support of her and her work throughout the book-writing process. She also joked that for the sake of their now six-year marriage, she would vow to never write another book again.

"He was not only patient but so wonderfully encouraging and inspiring. I really did not need another example of how amazing he is but this process provided one," she continued. "I think he's watching this downstairs in the kitchen, so I just want to say 'thank you.' For my side, I can promise for the sake of our marriage that I will never do this again!"

As for George, he has also been expressing his love for his wife and family in the press lately. While promoting his new film, The Midnight Sky, the actor-director told CBS Sunday Morning that meeting Amal and eventually starting a family with her ultimately changed his life for the better.

"There is no question that having Amal in my life changed everything for me. It was the first time that everything that she did and everything about her was infinitely more important than anything about me," said the actor.
