Yes, it's currently - undoubtedly - pumpkin spice season, but it's almost October, which means it's almost November, which means it's nearly the holiday season. And that means it's almost time for Christmas tunes, cozy decor, shopping lists, and Starbucks holiday drinks! Although the coffee chain hasn't officially stated when its holiday drinks will arrive, if last year is any indication, Starbucks's famous holiday drinks will likely arrive during the first week of November.
A Starbucks rep told POPSUGAR that the coffee giant is still enjoying its favorite fall flavors menu - which returned Aug. 24 and includes drinks like Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and Apple Crisp Macchiato and treats like pumpkin scones. So the company isn't ready to unwrap the details on the Starbucks holiday menu just yet. But last year, Starbucks's holiday drinks arrived in stores on Nov. 6, and further internet sleuthing finds that same timeframe might occur again. A Starbucks fan account called Countdown to Red Cups (not associated with Starbucks) claims the holiday drinks will return to the US on Nov. 7. (And yes, it has a countdown clock for those of you who are eagerly counting down the days and minutes!)
It's likely the Starbucks holiday menu will include Starbucks stalwart favorites like Peppermint Mocha, Eggnog Latte, Caramel Brulée Latte, and its Christmas Blend coffee. And of course, the drinks will come in some sort of Instagram-worthy holiday cup. (Last year's batch featured fun red and green ribbon, stripe, dot, and sparkle designs.) In the meantime, as you're eagerly awaiting the official announcement, consider thinking about your holiday gift lists, planning your tree trimming, or making your own peppermint mocha at home. Because we all know the holidays can never start soon enough!
