If you’ve ever felt a bit snacky at a festival, market or seaside, you’ve probably had the pleasure of eating a hot and crispy churro, straight out of the fryer and dipped in cinnamon sugar.

These Spanish doughnuts are, hands down, one of our favourite things to nibble on when out and about – so you can imagine how excited we were when we heard that Aldi’s churro maker is back and better than ever.

Similar to a standard waffle press, this nifty gadget sold out SO quickly when it was first introduced as an Aldi Special Buy that we didn’t have a chance to try it.

But thanks to popular demand, it's coming back to stores – and only £14.99!

The churro maker takes out all of the normal deep-frying hassle usually associated with making doughnuts. No need to worry about spattering oil, fire hazards or a greasy clean up: simply preheat your churro maker, pipe your batter into the four non-stick channels inside, close the latch and in a matter of minutes, you’ve got yourself some hot churros. That’s it. So easy, it has the potential to sidestep ALL barriers of self-control.
