Aldi Launches Gorgeous New Pink Grapefruit GinAldi

A lovely G&T is a summer staple in our books.

It's a total classic and you can customise it to your tastes with fun tonic, cute garnishes and your choice of gin.

London Dry is our choice, but a sweeter drink suits a pink gin. While we do love a pink gin from Malfy, the price tag is a little hefty. That's where Aldi comes in.

The budget supermarket has launched a brand-new pink grapefruit gin that they say is the perfect alternative to Malfy's Rosa Sicilian Pink Grapefruit Gin.

Haysmith’s Rosa Pink Grapefruit Gin has all those zesty, citrusy flavours of grapefruit blended with lemon, juniper and bitter oranges to create a super refreshing gin.

The best part? It's just £15.99. That's pretty much half the price of a £29 bottle of Malfy.

The gin from Aldi also landed a Bronze medal at this year's International Wine & Spirits Competition, so it's got the thumbs up from industry experts too.

Aldi fans have been LOVING the new launch on social media, with a Facebook post by the supermarket garnering lots of comments saying the new bottle would be an alternative to their favourite expensive Italian gin.

Debbie Lorraine said: "this looks very much like my very favourite (and very expensive) Italian pink grapefruit gin. Same colour bottle as well. Less than half the price, so I think I'll have to give it a try🙂"

While Lucy Proctor said: "this is a Malfy gin dupe I think 🤩"

Summer gin cocktails are very much sorted.
