Aldi and Lidl have launched scarily good new Halloween products for 2020 – with a focus on all trick and no treating.
As we'll be staying at home this year, the range's concentrate on creating a spooktacle outside the house, as well as fun things you can do with the kids indoors.
And, with prices starting from just 79p, you won't be frightened off by the cost.
From pumpkins and terrifying treats to creepy costumes and decorations, there's everything you need to throw a scarily good Halloween.
For little monsters, Lidl has a fantastic range of costumes guaranteed to give families a fright. Kids will have a hard time choosing between the Werewolf, Pirate, Day of the Dead or Devil Costumes (£4.99), as well as a spooktacular Grim Reaper outfit (£4.99).
There's also a whole range of Halloween Accessories (£1.99) and Felt Masks (99p), so little ones will be able to finish off their look in style.
Other highlights of the range include the Halloween Candles (£1.99) and Halloween String Lights (£3.99) so you can transform your home into a spooky setting.
There's also fun to be had with Lidl's Pumpkin Carving Kit and Halloween Bunting Kit.
Over at Aldi, the thrill factor is ramped up with some petrifying products, including a creepy zombie-like Ground Breaker (£19.99) and a Talking Clown (£19.99).
Whilst parents across the country will be eager to unleash their little monsters for some long overdue fun, trick or treating looks like it’s off the cards. As a result, Aldi has adjusted its Halloween offering to encourage safe social distancing, with a stronger focus on horrifying decorations. The range is suitable for creating spooktacular doorsteps for passing thrill seekers rather than physical trick or treating products.
As well as a selection of home decorations too terrifying to stock on shelves, Aldi is also catering for those who just can’t imagine Halloween without dressing up and creeping around the neighbourhood.
For younger scare seekers, this year sees its biggest ever range of pumpkin decorations.
With products starting from £4.99 for the Halloween Light Up Doorbell, all the way up to the huge and terrifying 3M Standing Pumpkin Inflatable (£99.99), there’s something to scare everyone.
Products are in store at Lidl and Aldi and online at aldi.co.uk now.
