Adele just shared a load of PDA snaps with Rich Paul
The fact that Adele only gives us occasional tidbits on Instagram only makes us - the fans - love her even more. So, when she and new boyfriend Rich Paul made things Instagram official recently, we all collectively lost it. Here's a look back at Adele and Rich's relationship history, from those first sightings and rumours, to Instagram posts with heart emojis, starting with the most recent update.
May 2022
It's been several months since Adele and Rich Paul made their first public appearance and although we're fairly obsessed with them, they tend to keep their relationship pretty private. Which is why it's such a big deal that she just shared a bunch of couple pics (and one PDA) of the two of them together over the last few months. .
Along with pictures of them generally beaming in each other's company, one snap showed the pair having a quick kiss backstage at her celeb-filled One Night Only gig in LA back in October. While the final picture shows a fortune from a fortune cookie, which reads, "You have found good company - enjoy."

July 2021
After months of speculation surrounding Adele and Skepta (she shut down those rumours once and for all in October last year) she and Rich are spotted out together for the first time and they already look adorable.
The Hello singer and NBA agent look pretty cosy together at a basketball game in Phoenix, Arizona, prompting speculation from fans that they might be an item.
The pair were photographed watching the basketball together back in July, in several of the pictures they can be seen laughing and chatting while seated close together. Meanwhile, following the game, sports commentators Zach Lowe and Brian Windhorst brought up the pictures on a podcast and described Adele as Paul's girlfriend, according to Page Six.
August 2021
Fans spot that Rich Paul has started following Adele on Instagram - a big step in the celebrity relationship world, since we can all see it. However, Adele's Instagram follows remain at zero. Respect.
September 2021
It's been a couple of months since Adele was spotted looking pretty cosy while out with sports agent Rich Paul, and we were beginning to think we'd never get any more info. But, thankfully it looks like Adele and Rich just went Instagram official!
The Someone Like You singer posted a series of images from a glamorous event, two of which showed her looking absolutely unreal in an incredible monochrome dress and the last of which showing the pair smiling at the camera and generally looking pretty cute together. She also captioned the post with a red heart emoji, sending everyone just a *little* wild.
Of course, while most fans were obsessing over the new relationship others had a very different question.
December 2021
In a new interview Adele opened up about her relationship with Rich, explaining he isn't phased by her fame - like other dates had been.
"[He’s] not frazzled by it at all," she continued. "It feels like it’s consistent and considerate enough that I don’t care who knows [...] He’s great. He’s so f**kng funny. He’s so smart, you know."
February 2022
Adele just responded to engagement rumours after she showed up on the Brit Awards red carpet with a big ol' rock on her left ring finger, sending fans into a tailspin.
"If I was [engaged], would I ever tell anyone if I was or wasn't?" she told Graham Norton on his show.
Very, very fair.
