After six long years, Adele is finally making a musical comeback and we’re ready to sob our hearts out.

The iconic singer teased fans with a 21-second clip on Instagram. It gave us a glimpse into the music video for upcoming song Easy On Me, which also featured her signature sharp eyeliner.

Just as we were counting down to the days for Easy On Me to drop on 15 October, Adele went and surprised us again – this time, with an incredible photoshoot.

Posing for British Vogue, Adele is wearing a beautiful sunshine yellow strapless dress, nude pink lipstick and, of course, her go-to winged eyeliner. But our favourite part about the whole cover? Her bombshell backcombed hair.

Legendary hairstylist Guido Palau was behind the iconic look and, in an interview, he revealed that achieving Adele’s look doesn’t need to cost the earth. Music to our years.

Inspired by 60s beauty and French actress Catherine Deneuve, Guido wanted to create glamorous hair. “Plus [Adele’s] got really great, thick hair, so we went down that route,” he told British Vogue.

Explaining the process, he said: “I applied a Bumble & Bumble Thickening Spray, £25, into the hair, took big sections and used a big round brush and hairdryer to lift the roots.

“Then, I put velcro rollers in to set it while she was having her makeup done, and teased the roots afterwards. I wanted to feel like dream hair.”

It’s fair to say he nailed it – this really is our dream hair.
