Adele has confirmed her romance with sports agent Rich Paul on Instagram.

The 33-year-old singer shared a picture of herself and Paul looking cosy in a photo booth at an event in LA, and added a red heart emoji in the caption.

Adele wore a black gown which featured dramatic white puffed sleeves which she teamed with a pair of gold and pearl earrings, while Rich wore a velvet suit for their glamorous soiree.

The couple have been photographed out and about together over the last few months, but this is the first time Adele has publicly acknowledged their relationship.

Paul is the founder of the United Talent Agency (UTA)-affiliated Klutch Sports, and in 2020, was named as the ninth most powerful sports agent in the world. His clients include LeBron James, Philadelphia 76ers player Ben Simmons, Los Angeles Lakers star Anthony Davis, and Golden State Warriors player Draymond Green, among others.

Meanwhile, Adele's divorce from Simon Konecki was finalised in March 2021, two years after they separated. She initially announced their split in 2019, after seven years together. The pair share joint legal and physical custody of their 8-year-old son Angelo, according to documents obtained by People, and neither party is paying spousal support.

Adele recently made a welcome return to the spotlight by hosting Saturday Night Live, during which she took part in a skit with Pete Davidson, and commented on her appearance. She addressed the audience: "I know I look really, really different since you last saw me but actually, because of all the Covid restrictions and the travel bans, I had to travel light and only bring half of me—and this is the half I chose."
