Addison Rae looks more toned than ever in tiny white dress 🔥🔥🔥

When you spot a chance to mirror an iconic movie moment, you take it. Case in point: Addison Rae, who just had a total Marilyn Monroe The Seven-Year Itch moment.

Addison was spotted by photographers earlier this week when she was out and about in a cut-out, slinky white dress that showed off her strong legs. The 22-year-old’s dress caught the wind, and she held the front part down while flashing some serious leg, looking like those photos of Marilyn Monroe during her famous scene posing over a grate.

This certainly isn't Addison’s only legs-baring moment lately. She showed off her strong legs on Instagram in another slinky red dress in late December:

Addison hasn’t said a ton about her workouts lately, but she’s shared some behind-the-scenes snippets about how she stays so strong. For starters, she’s huge into dance and she’s made it clear that she’s not phoning it in when she’s in the studio. Case in point: A TikTok Addison shared in October of herself really going for it during a dance routine.

In the video, Addison can be seen rolling her body, moving from standing up to doing various moves on the ground while showing her impressively strong core in a sports bra and tracksuit bottoms. That takes some serious cardio fitness and core strength.

In 2021, Celebrity-fave gym DOGPOUND also shared a video on Instagram of Addison working her booty, legs, and arms. In one shot, you can see Addison doing leg lifts behind her to strengthen her butt, followed by another snippet of her doing battle rope slams. This was followed by jumping jacks with ropes, leg lifts on all fours with ankle weights, and a slew of leg-strengthening moves like pulses, leg circles, and leg extensions. Whew!

Another form of exercise she’s really into? Pilates. Addison casually dropped a TikTok last year that showed her doing upper leg squeezes with a Pilates ring on a Reformer, a move that’ll totally work your booty and thighs.
