Acqua di Parma Launches A Collectable New Bottle

Christmas comes early at Aqua di Parma.

The luxury Italian fragrance company has launched a collectable, limited edition of its iconic Colonia fragrance, decorated with hand-etched stars, tapping into the festive spirit in a year when Christmas can't come soon enough.

Limited to 300 bottles, each numbered item has been handmade on the Venetian island of Murano, where Italian glassblowing has been concentrated for more than 1,500 years. The stars are individually etched by a diamond grinding wheel, then decorated with flakes of 12-ct white gold leaf. The luxurious, seasonal feeling is further enhanced by more 12-ct white gold leaf on the plaque displaying the royal coat of arms.

Colonia is the company’s original fragrance, created in 1916 in a small perfume factory in the centre of Parma’s historic old town, from which the company takes its name.
