Spring will be here before we know it, and the season is a time of renewal. While you may consider spring cleaning your living space, you may also choose to revive your look as the temperatures start to thaw. If that’s the case, we’ve got the perfect inspiration, should you be in the mood for a new hairdo.
Both SI Swimsuit model Camille Kostek and actress-dancer Julianne Hough have recently sported short blonde bobs, and we’re officially calling it the “it girl” hair style of the months to come.
Kostek debuted hers on Instagram on Jan. 30, in a glamorous reel set to “greedy” by Tate McRae. She credited hairstylist Mitchell Ramazon with the look, which she noted in her caption gave her a “new attitude.” Later, in an Instagram story on Saturday, she revealed the short blonde style was actually a wig. Regardless, the look was still a major hit with fans and followers, who flooded her comments section with praise.
“this is a Parisian inspired blunt bob that sits right above the shoulders,” Ramazon stated in his own post of the look. “It shrinks into a flirty bounce when styled!”
The comments really spoke for themselves: “ummmm 😳 look what you just did @camillekostek … hottest hair of 2024 👏👏🔥😍❤️,” one fan wrote in reaction to Kostek’s video.
As for Hough, she showed off her new cut in an Instagram post on Friday, in which she shared pics of a few recent outfits styled by Jennifer Mazur. Her newly shorn locks, courtesy of hairstylist Riawna Capri, were similarly inspired by “chic, Parisian french vibes,” according to Capri.
We’re calling it now: the Parisian-inspired blunt bob in a platinum blonde hue is officially going to be the haircut of the spring.
